My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small and lacked a bath, but the view over the steeples, round tower, and beautiful street was absolutely stunning. The service was mostly excellent, although there was a mishap with my tooth replacement being accidentally thrown away. The location was truly perfect, with easy access to major attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes being disappointing. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The room had a beautiful view and was very clean and comfortable, but I wished there were towel hooks that didn't hang over the toilet paper. The service was excellent - the staff congratulated us on the baby and were very keen to ensure we had a great stay, despite a slight mishap with our dinner reservation. The location was perfect, just off the main Nyhavn canal, within walking distance of the main shopping streets and Tivoli Gardens. The dining options were delicious, though I found them a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The facilities were great, and I enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with all the creature comforts provided in a great location close to shops and restaurants. However, the only downside was the lack of an additional bed for the 3rd person in the room.
